Do I have to make a reservation, or can I just show up?

It’s like most restaurants- a reservation guarantees your spot when we reach or get close to capacity. You do not need to make a reservation, but I it will be helpful during inclement weather.

Walking in is OK! However, there is nothing worse than leaving the house for something that can’t happen!

If you are not feeling tech savvy, give us a call and we can lock in your reservation!

How often do you clean? What is your process ?

We are cleaning all day! There are bins around the room for toys that have been mouthed, drooled on, or made dirty in some way. We directly sanitize those toys (and the bin itself) before they get returned to the play area. We use Decon 30, a fast acting sanitizer (99.99% of bacteria is killed in 30 seconds!). Using Decon 30 does not require PPE for the user, and does not require rinsing. It is safe on food contact surfaces, and children’s toys. Having a powerful and safe cleaner was our priority.

High touch areas (door knobs, for example) are sanitized multiple times a day!

As we tidy up areas around the room, we are sanitizing as we pick up. Tables and chairs in our snack area and in the party room are wiped town with Decon 30 after every use.

We sweep often the space often, mop as needed throughout the day, and always mop at the end of the day.

Washing hands is always encouraged!

Can I wear shoes inside?

No, sorry! The children at Evergreen Play Club play on the floor! To keep it as clean as we can, we ask that shoes be taken off at the door. We have benches for easy removal of shoes. We recommend wearing grip socks. We have some for purchase if you want to wear them but did not bring a pair.
