Yes, all party guests intending to play are required to fill out a waiver. This helps ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone attending the event. Here’s a link to the Waiver.

Yes! We work really hard to keep the play are as clean as possible. If you would like to wear socks we have them for purchase for $2.50 +tax per pair.

Our booking policy to provide 50% deposit non-refundable, at the time of booking.

*There is a one time opportunity to reschedule due to illness.

You can bring any food and drinks in that you would like. We offer free water. We also have individual drinks available for purchase by you or your guests! Start a tab and allow guests to add them on, or buy in advance. It’s up to you!

Yes! We have a mini fridge with a small freezer, please let us know in advance if it will be needed.

Yes! We have 3 high chairs available.

Yes! Decorating is encouraged, we just ask that you use command hook or painter tape to adhere decorations to the walls. We have hook for pinatas, and that only the pull string versions to used to avoid injuries. No confetti permitted , and no latex balloons in the play area!

A 15min grace period is provided at the beginning and end of the party time to allow for set up and clean up.

*If the party goes over the scheduled party time by more than 15 minutes, the Party Renter agrees to pay $50.00 per half-hour or $100 per hour. This amount shall not be prorated.

Reservations are usually 2 hours, but additional time may be included upon request for an additional fee.

It all depends on the birthday package chosen. Private parties include complete rental of the space.

The DIY and Basic rental are for the party room and shared play area.
